Our entry-level class is designed to build oral vocabulary and phonetic interest. We introduce children to the standard 26 alphabet letter sounds using physical activities, tactile blocks, and interactive stories.
Once kids know separate sounds, they learn to blend them. We teach short vowels, basic consonant blending, and CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) structures. Kids play tactile blending quests to formulate and write early words.
Designed to transition kids from individual words into complete paragraphs and storytelling. Here we master double consonant blends (digraphs like CH, SH, TH, WH), silent 'e' structures, long vowels, and reading comprehension.
